The Staff Selection commission (SSC) of India conducts various examinations every year. Eligibility for SSC LDC

Candidates who want to apply for SSC LDC 2016 must fulfill the eligibility requirements for the post. Given below are the educational qualification and age limit required for SSC LDC post.

Educational Qualification

The candidates who are willing to apply for SSC LDC 2016 must have passed intermediate or class 12th from a recognized board.

Age Limit

The candidates who want to apply for SSC LDC must be minimum 21 years old and must not exceed the age of 27 years as on mentioned in the notification.

Examination Pattern for SSC LDC

For the recruitment of the LDC post Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts a written examination and a Skill Test.

Written Examination

The written examination is of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s). The question paper consists of four sections General Intelligence, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness. Maximum marks for each section is 50. The question paper comprises a total of 200 questions. Given below is the distribution of marks for each section.

*For visually handicapped candidates 40 min of extra time will be given.

NOTE: There will be a negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.

Skill Test

Candidates who will qualify the written examination will be called for skill test. This test would be of qualifying nature. Candidates have to give this test in which his data entry speed must be 8000 key depressions per hour in computer. The duration of test will be 15 minutes. Typing test will be conducted both in Hindi and English medium as per the choice mentioned by the candidate in the application form.

The interested Candidates who want to apply for the post of LDC can apply both offline or online. For online application candidates have to go to the official website of SSC and fill the application form correctly, all the details regarding form filling are mentioned in detail in the official notification .

SSC LDC Admit Card

The admit card of SSC LDC 2016 will be announced few weeks before the exam, candidates can check their admit card and download it from the SSC website as soon as it will be available.

SSC LDC Result

The SSC LDC result will be declared after few months of the written examination. Candidates can check their result from the official website as soon as it will be announced. The tentative date for the SSC LDC result declaration is October 2016.
