RBI Assistant 2019 Application form

RBI Assistant 2019 exam notification comes in the month of October. The registration process starts from the 2nd week of October. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) under the banner of IBPS Conducts this exam in three phases  .Prelims , Mains where prelims is just qualifying in nature and the marks of mains and LPT(Language Proficiency Test) are considered .Prelims is most probably in the Last week of November and Mains is in the 3rd week of December. The application can be filled online only through the official website. The fees could only be paid through online mode which is Rs. 600/- for General and OBC whereas Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD.

RBI Assistant 2019 Eligibility criteria

As to fill any form there must be some criteria to be fulfilled by the candidates as is set by any exam conducting organisation and therefore RBI Assistant Eligibility criteria as stated in the official website or the mandatory eligibility criteria is

  • Candidates must have a degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
  • The age criteria as stated is that candidate’s minimum age must be 20 while the maximum age limit is 28 years. Candidates may also seek age relaxation as per the category they belong to but they must show the relevant certificate at the time of interview for as the proof of seeking age relaxation.

RBI Assistant Mains exam is of MCQ type with composite timing for each section and the composite time for the whole exam is 2 hours. The MCQ exam pattern given below

REASONING: Alphabetical test, coding decoding, analogy, classification, direction sense, Blood relation, word formation, sitting arrangement, syllogisms, inequalities, Statement and conclusion, statement and assumption, statement and course of action, statement and argument, input and output, Puzzles, Data Sufficiency.

APTITUDE: Permutations And Combinations, Probability, Time And Work, {Distance, time and speed}, Boats and  Streams, Average, Ratio Data Interpretation – line graph, bar graph, mixed chart, pie chart ,quadratic Equation , Series, Simple and –Compound interest, Pipes and cisterns, Trains, Percentage, Mixture, LCM-HCF, Profit and Loss, problems on Ages.

ENGLISH: Cloze Test, Errors in sentences, Passage Comprehension, Sentence Improvement, Selecting The Correct Sentences.

GA: Current Affairs of last 6 months, Indian Economy Questions, Marketing, Awards & Honors Sports, Finance, Agriculture  History of Banking, Banking Terms, RBI Functions, Fiscal-Monetary policies  etc.

RBI Assistant 2018 Result
