IFS 2019 Application form
IFS Notification comes in the month of February. The application form will be available from the month of March . Candidates can apply through online mode only through the official website of UPSC. The mode of payment is online only. Candidates willing to pay online must pay through net banking of SBI branches throughout the country, or by visa card/ credit card or debit card. The fee structure for male General and OBC candidates is 100/- whereas SC/ST/PWD/female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

UPSC IFS 2019 Eligibility Criteria
As to fill any form there must be some criteria to be fulfilled by the candidates as is set by any exam conducting organisation and therefore as per the norms of UPSC, the mandatory eligibility criteria for IFS exam is as follows:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.
- Candidate must be 21-32 years as on August 1, 2019

IFS 2019 Syllabus
