GATE 2018: Registration, Application Form, Dates

gate 2018GATE 2018 entrance exam will be held on 1st & 2nd Saturday & Sunday of the month February 2018. This exam helds once in a year only. GATE notification 2018 will be out publicly in July 2017 month. It is conducted for admission to M.Tech. & Ph.D. offering by IITs , IISc, IISERs , etc. by 7 zonal IITs and IISC on rotation base. GATE Score is also considered for recruitment in job sector (technical).

GATE registration 2018 will be notified in July 2017, while its registration will be initiated in September 2017. You have to register first on visiting the official site (will be given). For registration, you have to feed your personal information, email ID and a mobile number. Once you get the enrollment number after successful registration, you will be accessed to the GOAPS (GATE Online Application Processing System).

Then, you have to login again with your GOAPS login ID and Password (will be sent to your email ID after registration). Now fill rest of the application form followed by your other personal, academic and communication details and upload your scanned images (PHOTO, SIGN, THUMB IMPRESSION, etc).


If you are a foreign national candidate, then no need to worry, you may also apply for GATE 2018. GATE exam will also held in Nepal, Singapore, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka and United Arab Emirates (UAE). You can fill the application like-wise to the Indian candidates. But, you must just have a valid passport.
